OBJECTS:

The objects or purposes, for which the society is established are following , and it is declared that the server sub-clauses of this clause and all the powers mentioned in it are to be cumulative , and in no case is the generality of one sub-clause to be narrowed or restricted by any particularity of any other sub-clause , nor will any general expression in any sub clause be narrowed or restricted by any particularity of expression in the same sub-clause or the application of construction “ejusdem generis” or otherwise.

  • To have perpetual succession under its registered name;
  • To perform work of charity: spiritual and corporal;
  • To do all the things necessary for the education of youth, thepusuit of science , and the general diffusion of social , moral religion and secular knowledge;
  • To provide and or administer churches, chapels , school ,hostel ,hospitals dispensaries and other religious education and charitable institutions in India.
  • To make by-laws not administer with law or the society’s cheater for the proper administration of the society and all its institutions ;
  • To the same extent as natural persons might or could do, to acquire by purchase, lease , gift, grant, legacy , bequest, exchange , pr otherwise ,from any , company , government or institution whatsoever and hold all or part of the movable or immovable properties of all description –land buildings , easements , right s of any person or to body and used or devoted for and to any social, moral religious or other purpose whatsoever in connection mentioned mutated in any court or office ( civil, criminal, revenue municipal estate etc. ) to that of the society;
  • To erect churches , chapels , houses , hospitals , dispensaries and other charitable institutions or constructions whatsoever to further the purposes of the society and to maintain , alter , demolish or reconstruct the same or any portion portions thereof.
  • To maintain , deal with and manage the said movable immovable properties of all descriptions of the society.
  • To inter into arrangements with any Government or authority wheather supreme, State, District, Municipal or Lacal otherwise that may be seem to be conductive to the objects of the society or to any of them and to obtain from any Government or othority such rights, concessions and privilages as the Society may think desirable and to obtain carry out exercise and comply with any such arrangements, rights, privileges and concessions.
  • To stablish, Promote or assist in establishing or promoting and to subscribe to or member of any other Society whose objects are similar to the objects of the Society.
  • To administer or manage local funds of the Society directly and to administer, manage or control religious institutions, establishments organisations of the society.
  • To borrow or raise money for corporate purpose with or without securities as the Society, from time to time shall think Fit.
  • To take Such steps by personal or written appeals, public meetings or otherwise as may from time to time be deemed expendient for the perpose of procuring contributions to the funds of the Society or to the funds in which the society is interested in the shape of donations, annual subscriptions or otherwise.
  • To apply the money and properties of the society generally for the support and mantenance of the society, and for religious, charitable, and educational purpose.
  • To do or Cause to be done all such other lawful things as are not contrary to the spirit and principles of the cann law of the catholic church, which are incedental or conducive to attainment of the above objects.
